We provide an outdoor and guarded parking, ideal for big cars, and closed boxes for small and medium cars. The extra charge is 18,00 Euro per night.


Do I have to book my parking place?
We provide a limited number of parking places, then we suggest you book your parking place, in order to be sure that you have it on arrival.


How do I reach the parking?
Simply stop in front of the hotel (in the yellow bus lines), enter at reception and announce yourself: we will help you to unload luggages and will take you to the parking.

At 300 meters from the hotel is situated Central Parking.


I don’t want toll parking: what do you suggest?
Around the hotel building there are parking places on the streets, delimited by blue lines: from Monday to Sunday from 7.00 p.m. to 09.00 a.m. the parking is free of charge. Outside of indicated times parking becomes fee (maximum stay one hour).


At what time do you serve breakfast?
American buffet Breakfast is served from 6.30 to 10.00 a.m. 


I will leave the hotel very early in the morning: may I have breakfast?

I need the invoice of my stay, I have to communicate it to the reception?

If you need an invoice at the check-out, you have to communicate invoicing data at the booking time. Otherwise the hotel can't assure the invoicing issue at the check-out time.

I will arrive by train: how can I reach the hotel?
walk down the avenue in front of the station for 300 meters, direction city centre/citta’ alta. You’ll find the hotel before of the third traffic light, on left side.


May I book a taxi to the airport?
We suggest to book the taxi to the airport the day before your departure, within midnight: showing our reservation form to the taxi driver you will get a special rate.


Is there any bus to Orio al Serio Airport?
Yes. The bus stop to the Airport is named Porta Nuova and is situated just in face of the hotel. Tickets can be purchased at reception desk.
